Board of Sarda Energy & Minerals approve appointments of CFO & Company Secretary

At meeting held on 14 August 2014

Sarda Energy & Minerals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 14 August 2014, has approved the following;

1. P. K. Jain - presently holding the office of CFO and Company Secretary has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. Manish Sethi - has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

The above changes/ appointments are effective from 14 August 2014.
