Board of Sasken Communication Technologies recommends special dividend

Sasken Communication Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
