At meeting held on 13 February 2015
Shalimar Productions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Change of Designation of Chandrashekhar Sharma, Director of the Company from Independent to Executive Director.
Further, the Company had in its Board Meeting dated 27 August 2014 had decided to appoint Dhananjay Kapoor as Director of the Company. However, due to fall out between the Company and Kapoor, the required formalities for his appointment could not be carried out with the Regulatory Authorities. Therefore he was never appointed on the Board of the Company.
