Board of Shilchar Technologies accepts resignation of director

With effect from 16 May 2015

Shilchar Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, has transacted the following:

1. The Board has accepted the resignation tendered by Ashesh J. Shah, Promoter Director from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from 16 May 2015.

2. The Board has authorized Alay J. Shah, Managing Director to decide the date of ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended on 31 March 2015 and also to determine the dates of book closures in relation to the aforesaid AGM.
