The Board of SML ISUZU at its meeting held on 05 August 2021 has noted the resignation received from Noboru Murakami, Non-Executive Director (DIN 08803344) with effect from 5 August 2021 Consequently, he will ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from 5 August, 2021.
