At meeting held on 28 January 2016
Steelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2016, inter alia, have considered, approved and taken on record the following:1. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company, subject to the necessary approvals, from present Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore only) to Rs. 15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore only) by creating additional 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
2. Adoption of MOA & AOA as per Companies Act, 2013, subject to the necessary approvals.
3. Policy for Determination of Material Event/Information.
4. Policy for Preservation of Documents.
