Board of Surat Textile Mills appoints company secretary

With effect from 28 May 2015

Surat Textile Mills announced that Hanisha Arora, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, having membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 28 May 2015.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, ratified and confirmed the said appointment w.e.f. 28 May 2015.
