Board of Thermax approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 05 August 2021

The Board of Thermax at its meeting held on 05 August 2021 has approved appointment of Janhavi Khele (Membership No.- ACS 20601) as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company with effect from 01 September 2021 in place of Kedar P. Phadke who has resigned as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 31 August 2021.
