Tirupati Sarjan announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 September 2015, have approved/ noted the following:Rajeshbhai Jaswantlal Shah has been appointed as a Non Executive Additional Director of the company w.e.f 12 September 2015.
Rajeshbhai Jaswantlal Shah has now been appointed as a Chairman of the Board of Tirupati Sarjan limited with effect from 17 September 2015.
Rajeshbhai Jaswantlal Shah succeeds Bhailalbhai Babulal Shah current Chairman of the Board of Tirupati Sarjan, who has decided to retire from Chairmanship effective 17 September 2015 after a long distinguished service, and continues as a director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company placed on record their appreciation of the outstanding contributions made by Mr. Bhailalbhai Babulal Shah during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Tirupati Sarjan Limited.
