At meeting held on 14 September 2018
The Board of TRF at its meeting held on 14 September 2018 has approved the following -
i. Relinquishment of the office of Managing Director by Sanjay Rajoria (DIN: 08063280) w.e.f close of business hours on 14 September 2018.
ii. Relinquishment of office of the Chairman and Director by Sandip Biswas (DIN: 00518430) w.e.f close of business hours on 14 September 2018.
iii. Appointment of Sumit Shubhadarshan (DIN: 07004155) as an Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 15 September 2018.
iv. Appointment of Manganath Raghupathy Rao (DIN: 06725337) as an Additional Non Executive Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f 14 September 2018. v. Appointment of Rajesh Ranjan Jha, (DIN: 07715246) as a Non Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f 15 September 2018.
