Board of Unitech approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 04 November 2016

Unitech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2016 has approved the following -

Resignation of Deepak Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and appointment of Rishi Dev as Company Secretary and Compliance of the Company.
