Board of Virinchi approves preferential issue of warrants and shares

At meeting held on 20 November 2017

The Board of Virinchi at its meeting held on 20 November 2017 approved the preferential issue of 26 lakh convertible equity warrants to promoter and promoter group. The Board also approved preferential issue of 14 lakh equity shares to strategic (non promoter) investors.
