At meeting held on 26 June 2015
VST Tillers Tractors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 June 2015, has concluded the following outcomes:1. Resignation of Directors
a. K K Rai resigned from the post of Independent Director vide his letter dated June 18, 2015 received on 20 June 2015. The Board accepted his resignation.
b. V.Ramachandran resigned from the post of Independent Director vide his letter dated 23 June 2015 received on 25 June 2015. The Board accepted his resignation
2. Appointment of Woman Director
a. K.P Anuradha has been appointed as an additional Director on the Board w.e.f. 26 June 2015.
