The board of Britannia Industries is scheduled to meet on 23 April 2020 to consider and approve interim dividend.
The company's consolidated net profit jumped 23.92% to Rs 372.63 crore on a 3.84% rise in net sales to Rs 2,935.98 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.
