C Mahendra Exports applies for voluntary delisting from MCX-SX

To continue listing on BSE and NSE

C Mahendra Exports announced that the Company has made an application for voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares to Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India.

The equity shares of the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE and National Stock Exchange of India, both having nationwide trading terminals and hence, the delisting of equity shares from MCX-SX is not detrimental to the shareholders of the Company.
