Cabinet approves MoU on Cooperation in the field of Traditional Systems of Medicine between India and Colombia

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given its approval to the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Colombia on establishing cooperation on Traditional Systems of Medicine of India.

It will lead to promotion and propagation of Traditional Systems of Medicines of India in Colombia.

As a consequence of this MoU, exchange of experts for training the practitioners, conducting collaborative research in Traditional Systems of Medicine is expected to lead to new innovations in drug development and traditional medical practice.
