Camson Bio Technologies to hold board meeting

Camson Bio Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 October 2015, to appoint Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP as Statutory Auditors in place of Messrs. B K Khare and Co., Chartered Accountants and to seek approval of the shareholders for the same.
