Can Fin Homes announced that India Ratings has reviewed and upgraded the Company's Long-Term Issuer Rating to 'IND AA+' (from 'IND AA') while reaffirming the outlook as 'Stable'. The instrument-wise ratings are as under:
Non convertible debentures - IND AA+/Stable (upgraded)
Subordinated debt - IND AA+/ Stable (upgraded)
Commercial paper - IND A1+ (affirmed)
