With effect from 11 June 2018
CEAT announced that Shruti Joshi has resigned from post of company secretary and compliance officer with effect from 11 June 2018. In the interim, Amit Dodani, a qualified Company Secretary working as Senior Manager- Secretarial in the Company will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 12 June 2018.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
