The Board of Centrum Capital noted the following vide circular resolution dated 01 October 2018:Appointment of Narayan Vasudeo Prabhutendulkar as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, to hold office for a term of five years with effect from 01 October 2018. Manish Verma has resigned from the post of Non-Executive and Independent Director with effect from 29 September 2018.
