Century Plyboards (India) divests entire stake held in Innovation Pacific Singapore

Century Plyboards (India) announced that the Company has disinvested its entire shareholding in its subsidiary Innovation Pacific Singapore Pte. (IPSPL). Consequently, both IPSPL and step-down subsidiary Vietnam Innovation Pacific JSC have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company with effect from 24 August 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
