CG Power to sell its property at Kanjurmarg for Rs 382 cr

CG Power & Industrial Solutions has signed a binding term sheet on 16 October 2021 with Evie Real Estate for sale of the company's property at Kanjurmarg. As per the agreement, the sale consideration has been fixed at Rs 382 crore. The transaction is scheduled to be completed on or before 31 March 2021.
