Cimmco fell 0.95% to Rs 93.55 at 11:11 IST on BSE after the company reported net loss of Rs 3.78 crore in Q4 March 2015 compared with net profit of Rs 0.05 crore in Q4 March 2014.
The Q4 result was announced before market hours today, 20 April 2015.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 241.17 points or 0.85% at 28,200.93.
On BSE, so far 3,132 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 28,543 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 97 and a low of Rs 92.50 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 18.52 on 17 April 2014. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 122.50 on 17 March 2015.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 17 April 2015, sliding 15.86% compared with Sensex's 1.02% fall. The scrip had, however, outperformed the market in past one quarter, jumping 27.89% as against Sensex's 1.14% rise.
The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 20.15 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
Cimmco's net sales declined 54.8% to Rs 23.31 crore in Q4 March 2015 over Q4 March 2014.
Cimmco is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of railway wagons and heavy engineering products.
