Dai-Ichi Karkaria to hold board meeting

Dai-Ichi Karkaria will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 02 May 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014, and the Board will also be considering recommendation of final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, for approval of the shareholders.
