DCB Bank announced that Amin Manekia (DIN 00053745), Director of the Bank and Altaf Jiwani (DIN 05166241), Independent Director of the Bank, have ceased to be Directors of the Bank from the closing of business hours of 11 January 2020 after completing the term of eight consecutive years (the maximum permissible term as per the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
