DCM Shriram announces change in company secretary

With effect from 31 March 2015

DCM Shriram announced that B. L. Sachdeva, Company Secretary, has retired from the Company w.e.f. close of 31 March 2015.

Further, Sameet Gambhir has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015.

The said appointment of Sameet Gambhir shall be taken up in the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company for approval by Board of Directors.
