Deepak Nitrite standalone net profit rises 0.97% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 4.50% to Rs 320.73 crore

Net profit of Deepak Nitrite rose 0.97% to Rs 20.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 20.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 4.50% to Rs 320.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 335.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 71.97% to Rs 112.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 65.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 8.70% to Rs 1205.51 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1320.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
