DFM Foods appoints directors

With effect from 30 December 2014

DFM Foods announced that the shareholders of the Company through the postal ballot concluded on 30 December 2014 have appointed the following Directors of the Company as Independent Directors for a period of five years w.e.f. 30 December 2014;
