Dhani Services announces withdrawal of ratings for CP and bank loan facility

Dhani Services (formerly Indiabulls Ventures) announced that on request of the company, the rating committee of rating agency Infomerics has withdrawn the outstanding rating(s) of IVR A1+ [IVR A One Plus] assigned to the commercial paper (CP) of Rs 750 crore of the Company, as the current outstanding of CP is Nil and the Company has not raised any CP in the last one year utilising Infomerics rating.

Similarly on the request of the company, Brickwork has also withdrawn the rating of BWR A1+ assigned to CP of Rs 500 crore and Bank Loan facility of Rs 17 crore of the Company.
