Dhanvarsha Finvest allots NCDs aggregating Rs 5 cr

On private placement basis

Dhanvarsha Finvest has allotted 50 Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs. lakh each at par on preferential basis to the allottees (Calypso Global Investment Fund and Global Arbitrage Fund) as mentioned below for an aggregate amount of Rs 5 crore.
