Educomp Solutions announces promoter contribution under CDR scheme

An amount of Rs 30.46 crore

Educomp Solutions announced that with reference to the Corporate Debt Restructuring scheme as approved by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell the promoter, Shantanu Prakash, has infused, in terms of the CDR Scheme, till date an amount of Rs. 30,46,50,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Forty Six Lacs and Fifty Thousand only) as promoter contribution, in the form of 0% unsecured loan. The said loan, on the later date, will be discharged by the Company by issuance of equity or equity related instruments or otherwise, in terms of CDR Scheme of the Company.
