EID Parry (India) announced that the Company had allotted 9,072 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each arising out of exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007 on 14 September 2016.Further to the above allotment of equity shares, the total number of equity shares outstanding aggregates to 175870898 and the Issued and Paid-up Equity Share Capital is Rs. 17,58,70,898/-.
