Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries standalone net profit rises 172.50% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 10.79% to Rs 8.83 crore

Net profit of Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries rose 172.50% to Rs 2.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 10.79% to Rs 8.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 7.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 4.01% to Rs 6.23 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.74% to Rs 28.22 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 30.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
