EMCO announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 31 August 2014

EMCO announced that Ganesh Tawari, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 31 August 2014 in place of Praveen Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, who has resigned from the Service of the Company and relieved on close of business hour on 30 August 2014.
