EMCO announced that the National Company law Tribunal vide order dated 22 July 2019 has admitted a plea filed by operational creditors who initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against EMCO under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC).
