Everlon Synthetics to hold board meeting

Everlon Synthetics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 January 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited quarterly (Provisional) financial results for the third quarter and nine months for the period ended 31 December 2014, and to take and approve Draft Letter of Offer for the right issue of equity shares to the existing members of the Company.
