Fitch Ratings revises credit ratings for Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V.

Motherson Sumi Systems announced that Fitch Ratings has revised the Outlook for Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP B.V.), a material subsidiary of Motherson Sumi Systems to Stable from Negative and has affirmed its Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'BB'. Fitch Ratings has also affirmed SMRP B.V.'s senior secured notes at 'BB+'.
