Gateway Distriparks announced that interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share for FY 2020 will be paid on 30 March 2020.Interim dividend will be remitted through electronic mode i.e., NEFT / RTGS j Direct Credit/ NACH, (amounting to Rs. 48.83 crpre) to the shareholders, on 30 March 2020, as scheduled.
However, there will be a delay in the payment of dividend through warrants (1,504 shareholders holding 1.97 lakh equity shares amounting to Rs. 8.87 lakhs). Due to the nationwide lockdown announced by the Government, the printing and posting of dividend warrants to shareholders has been temporarily suspended. The Company will despatch the dividend warrants once normalcy is resumed .
