Gee Gee Granites announces change in directorate

With effect from 12 May 2014

Gee Gee Granites announced the following changes in the Board:

Gopichand Idandas, Venkatanaerayan Naaraayan and Ayer Sriram have resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from 12 May 2014.

Seema Roy Choudhury, Avijit Das, Asit Kumar Ghosh & Subham Paul have been appointed as additional directors of the Company with effect from 12 May 2014.
