Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services announced that Binoy V. Samuel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will retire on 31 March 2015 on reaching the retirement age as per the Company's policy. Binoy V. Samuel has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company since his appointment in May 2000.Further the Company has informed that, the Board has appointed Joe Peter, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Joe Peter would take over as the CFO of the Company with effect from 01 April 2015.
