GTPL Hathway hikes stake holding in GTPL Abhilash

GTPL Hathway announced that the company's shareholding in GTPL Abhilash, Subsidiary of the Company, has increased from 51.00% to 70.88% pursuant to conversion of 17,06,245 Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10 / - each on 21 December 2020 as per Share Purchase cum Shareholders' Agreement dated 23 September 2017.
