Issue to open on 18 March 2015
Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced the following in relation to the proposed public issue of equity shares of its subsidiary, Inox Wind.The Red Herring Prospectus dated 08 March 2015 filed by Inox Wind with Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh, at Chandigarh has been approved on 10 March 2015.
The issue shall open for subscription to public on 18 March 2015 and close on 20 March 2015. The price band has been fixed between Rs 315 to Rs 325 per share. Further, a discount of Rs 15 per equity share to the issue price is being offered to retail individuals bidders and eligible employees in the issue.
