Gujarat Industries Power Co standalone net profit declines 78.90% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 36.51% to Rs 246.48 crore

Net profit of Gujarat Industries Power Co declined 78.90% to Rs 15.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 75.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 36.51% to Rs 246.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 388.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.05% to Rs 126.31 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 185.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 11.81% to Rs 1209.06 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1371.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
