Gujarat Sidhee Cement allots equity shares to GIICL

Gujarat Sidhee Cement (GSCL) announced that the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on 03 September 2014, the Company has allotted 12,00,000 (Twelve lacs only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation (GIICL), a Promoter Company of GSCL, in compliance to the Order dated 06 December 2012 of Hon'ble BIFR. These shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares.
