HDFC plans issuance of NCDs aggregating Rs 3000 crore

Housing Development Finance Corporation plans issuance of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each under series Y-002. The issue size is Rs 3000 crore with option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 2000 crore. The issue opens for bidding on 23 November 2020. The redemption date is 25 November 2025. The coupon rate is 5.78% p.a.
