To acquire significant stake in MsourcE India's BPO business
Hinduja Global Solutions announced that on 30 June 2015 the Company has entered into definitive agreements with Mphasis and its wholly owned subsidiary MsourcE India ("Sellers") for acquisition of significant portion of their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business as a going concern on a slump sale basis for consideration of Rs. 17 crore ("Transaction").
