Net profit of Hindustan Zinc rose 7.59% to Rs 2149.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1997.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 24.64% to Rs 3069.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 4073.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.For the full year,net profit declined 0.14% to Rs 8166.58 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 8178.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.32% to Rs 13958.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 14588.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
