Housing & Urban Development Corporation consolidated net profit rises 19.36% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales decline 6.84% to Rs 1759.38 crore

Net profit of Housing & Urban Development Corporation rose 19.36% to Rs 526.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 440.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 6.84% to Rs 1759.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1888.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 7.59% to Rs 1578.50 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1708.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 3.95% to Rs 7234.58 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 7532.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
