IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company announced that the Company on 07 June 2014 had allotted 70,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to the employees/Directors/Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs 58.90 per Equity Share.Accordingly, the Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 89.78 crore to Rs 89.85 crore comprising of 8,98,57,743 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
