Indiabulls Housing Finance standalone net profit rises 15.90% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 20.92% to Rs 3400.84 crore

Net profit of Indiabulls Housing Finance rose 15.90% to Rs 952.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 821.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 20.92% to Rs 3400.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2812.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 25.48% to Rs 3566.52 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2842.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 21.76% to Rs 12214.76 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 10031.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
